@OJ! I have read your comment and I must say to you that your completely crazy and out of your mind! The truth of your visit to our salon is. You were 2 hours late, you were loud, rude, and demanding not only toward MS.Zina but to myself as well as the customers that were waiting to be serviced. You took your own scarf off... we did not make you do that nor would we have asked you to remove your scarf unless you were in a private area in order to service you we'd need to see what we are working with. In the process of a consultation, one question we ask is, may I ask what happen to your hair? Because for our protection and yours we need to know if it's medical, chemical, hereditary, or still figuring it out. I wouldn't expect you to know this but there are proper procedures for each situation. So that you are clear on this.. WE WOULD NEVER laugh, poke fun, embarrass, or ridicule anyone of our clients or potential clients. We are in the field of hair replacement but not limited to any service that falls under cosmetology. With that being said, we offer privacy for those who'd prefer that option and I'm sure you saw the privacy curtains up in the salon. But then again maybe you misjudged and was blinded by your big ego and huge attitude to see the large privacy sections. Moving forward. The style you were asking Zina to do was not a hard task to do but because of the condition of your hair, she suggested 2 options. 1. get a full weave because you didn't have a relaxer. 2. Let the barber shop fade your sides down and she could weave the middle which would have been the price you discussed over the phone. Not only did you yell in my salon, you stormed out yelling THANKS FOR WAISTING MY TIME!!!!! For everyone reading this... YES at that time the entire salon laughed at her ignorance... smdh! And to clear up another one of your lies.
